الإستشارة :salam alaikomwa rahmato allah.. my sister is 45 years old ,she d never been married ,now a good person is asking her for marriage,as asecond wife while he is not divorced,but the rulles in our countr is against polygamy exept with the permission of first wife..now my question is .is there any solution to solve this problem and let this couple finish the procedures of mariage ,inside the shariaa laws,of course. jazakom allah for responding to my question. salam allah alaikom.
